兰州经济技术开发区管理委员会职能信息
兰州经济技术开发区（以下简称“兰州经开区”）始建于1993年3月，时为省级开发区。2002年3月经国务院批准为国家级经济技术开发区，面积9.53平方公里，位于安宁区核心区域，是甘肃首家国家级经开区。根据《科技部关于支持开展兰白科技创新改革试验区建设试点的复函》（国科函高〔2014〕214号），2014年起兰州经开区被纳入兰白科技创新改革试验区的重点建设区域。2018年，按照兰州市委、市政府《关于促进兰州经济技术开发区加快发展的意见》，空间布局调整为“一区六园”，重点发展建设机场北高新园区、安宁园区、西固园区、红古园区、九合园区、生态修复与产业发展示范区等六个二级园区，规划面积265.32平方公里。
机场北高新园区位于国家级兰州新区，规划面积18.14平方公里，以电子信息、生物医药等产业为主，重点打造兰州西部药谷产业园。园区内已入驻由世界500强正威国际集团投资的电子信息产业园、中国500强九州通医药集团投资的九州通西北现代医药园，以及申联医药、佛慈制药、新兰药、和盛堂制药、锦东生物等一批重大项目和20多个生物医药项目。
安宁园区位于兰州市安宁区内，规划面积40.99平方公里，以总部经济、航空航天、现代物流等产业为主。经过多年发展，园区基础设施和城市服务功能完善，经济发展持续加快，综合实力不断增强,园区内已形成了以总部经济、医药、轻工食品、航空航天、先进装备制造等为主的产业集群发展格局。
西固园区位于兰州市西固区内，规划面积73平方公里，以现代物流、现代商贸、出口加工等产业为主，重点规划建设铁路集装箱、铁路口岸、保税、多式联运、智慧陆港五大核心功能和国际综合物流园、公路集装箱分拨物流园、冷链物流园、大宗物资物流园、汽车物流产业园、跨境电商产业园、国际商务贸易中心、进出口加工物流中心、国际陆港博览中心、综合客运枢纽中心十大产业园，同时以建设现代综合国际陆港为目标，紧抓与渝桂黔三省合作共建中新南向通道的有利契机，加快建设国际货运班列中转枢纽，全面提升开放型经济发展水平。
红古园区位于兰州市红古区平安镇，规划面积14.19平方公里，以有色冶金、环保产业等产业为主，是第五批国家“城市矿产”示范基地。园区内已入驻中铝兰州分公司年产43万吨电解铝、22.5万吨炭素生产线、3×30万千瓦自备电厂等；兰州再生资源循环经济产业园已初具规模。
九合园区位于兰州市安宁区九合镇，规划面积19平方公里，以现代物流、特色农产品深加工等产业为主。目前，园区已引进莆田物流园、金大物流园、兰州货运西站、金桥仓储物流园、久和汽配等商贸物流项目。
北拓片区作为开发区直属园区，初期规划105平方公里，2019年批复控规21平方公里，2022年新一轮“国空”优化调整为42.43平方公里，突出实施生态修复和发展现代农业，构建绿色生态产业体系，重点发展现代物流和战略性新兴产业。
