遵化市政务服务中心职能信息
遵化市行政服务中心，2002年11月1日正式运行。位于城区西环南路9号，办公大厅建筑面积960平方米。进驻单位22家，涉及行政事项278项。全面受理来遵化投资者及市内各类企业、个体工商业者开工建设和生产经营活动中必须履行的各项手续的审批及服务，并受理干扰经济环境案件的投诉、举报和查处工作。
为共同做好疫情防控工作，切实保护广大市民和工作人员的身体健康和生命安全，建议广大市民非必要不到市综合服务中心、公共资源交易中心及不动产登记中心现场咨询、办理业务。确需来中心办理业务，请严格遵守中心管控措施：一是积极配合工作人员扫场所码、出示行程卡、测量体温和身份信息登记（出示身份证并登记联系方式、办理业务名称、家庭住址等）。按照疫情防控相关要求，体温高于37.3℃、河北健康码“红码”“黄码”、河北健康码弹窗、行程码带星号、入境和中高风险地区来遵返遵人员等相关重点人员谢绝进入；除上述重点人员外，其他地区来遵返遵人员均需提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明（纸质或电子版），未出示者谢绝进入。二是严格按预约时间到场办理，办理完毕即刻离场，减少聚集时间；除办理业务有特殊要求的，疫情防控期间原则上只允许与办理业务相关的人员进入中心，倡导不携带未成年人进入“中心”。三是进入“中心”办理业务时，应做好个人防护，全程佩戴口罩，分散等候、间隔就座、即办即走，不扎堆、不聚集、不逗留。如“中心”人流过于密集，我们将启动限流措施，敬请广大市民理解、配合。
