钦州市钦北区政务服务中心职能信息
钦北区政务服务中心于2008年4月30日正式启用，地址位于钦州市钦北区交通运输局办公楼第一、二层，由钦北区政务服务中心管理办公室代表钦北区人民政府进行管理。区政务服务中心管理办公室由区人民政府办公室负责组建，是区人民政府办公室的设在机构;主要职责是对进驻区政务服务中心各窗口有关行政许可、审批、审核、核准、备案的组织、协调、监督、管理和服务;内设综合股、督查股2个职能股室，核定机关行政编制3名;现有领导干部共5名，其中管理办公室负责人、主任由区人民政府办公室副主任贺艺兼任。
首批进驻区政务服务中心的单位共23个，分别为:钦北区发展和改革局、钦北区教育局、钦北区民政局、钦北区财政局、钦北区人力资源和社会保障局、钦北区住房和城乡建设局、钦北区交通运输局、钦北区商务局、钦北区水利局、钦北区农业局、钦北区粮食局、钦北区地震局、钦北区林业局、钦北区文化和体育局、钦北区卫生局、钦北区人口和计划生育局、钦北区水产畜牧兽医局、钦北区安全生产监督管理局、钦北区国家税务局、钦北区地方税务局、工商钦北分局、国土钦北分局、钦北区农业机械化管理局。2009年4月、6月钦北区大垌地方税务所、钦北区大垌国家税务分局分别整体搬到区政务服务中心二楼办公。
为进一步提升政务服务质效，解决群众企业“上班没空办，下班没处办”的急难愁盼问题，最大限度方便企业和群众办事，不断优化政务服务环境，钦北区政务服务中心、区人社分中心将全面实行政务服务无休日工作制，推出“延时+预约办”服务。现将有关事项通告如下：进驻钦北区政务服务中心、人社分中心大厅办理的全部政务服务事项均实行政务服务无休日工作制，提供“延时+预约办”服务。（一）提供延时服务。在工作日内对已到下班时间但尚未办完的事项，提供延时服务。（二）提供“预约办”服务。在非工作日为已预约的企业和群众提供政务服务。从2024年9月1日起，非工作日的上午9:00-12:00、下午1:30-4:30。企业和群众如需在双休日、节假日等非节假日办理进驻钦北区政务服务中心、人社分中心的政务服务事项，可通过以下两种方式进行实名预约：（1）现场预约。可在工作日的上班时间内到区政务服务中心对应办事窗口进行预约登记。（2）电话预约。可在工作日的上班时间内拨打区政务服务中心对应办事窗口电话进行预约登记。温馨提示：请于周五或节假日放假前一天的上午9:00-12:00、下午1:30-4:30进行预约。为更高效提供“预约办”服务，未经预约不予受理。请在相应承办窗口对“预约办”服务进行确认前，取消预约。未能如约前往办理事项的，视为爽约。累计爽约三次的，自纳入限制预约名单之日起三个月内不再享有预约服务的资格。附件：钦北区政务服务中心、区人社分中心“延时+预约办”服务窗口联系电话
