桐梓县燎原镇人民政府职能信息
一、贯彻执行党在农村的各项方针、政策，搞好经济发展的规划和协调，把农业放在经济工作的首位，集中精力抓好农业和农村工作;加强农业基础设施建设，为农业发展提供良好的外部环境和各项服务;深化农村改革，结合实际调整农业结构，确保农业和农村经济的发展，增加农民收入。
二、加强基层政权建设和基层组织建设，充分发挥党委的核心领导作用。把乡镇政府建设成为密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务，有活力、有权威、高效率的基层政权组织。
三、促进经济发展，增加农民收入。把经济工作的着力点放在营造良好的发展环境、扶持典型和示范引导上来，提高经济发展的质量和水平。积极探索发展农村经济的有效形式，做好乡村发展规划，发展农民专业合作组织，推动产业结构调整。加强农村基础设施建设和新型农村服务体系建设，落实强农惠农措施，着力解决群众生产生活中的突出问题，切实维护农民合法权益。尊重农民的生产经营自主权，不干预农民和企业的具体生产经营活动。
四、强化公共服务，着力改善民生。加强农民最急需的基础设施建设，完善农村公共服务。充分利用和整合农村资源，为农民提供有效的教育、科技、文化、信息、卫生、医疗、人力资源、劳动就业、社会保障、计划生育、安全生产、防灾减灾、农村低保、社会救助、社会治安等方面的服务，管好用好国家转移到农村的各种资金，为农村提供必要的社会保障，形成宽领域、全方位的服务“三农”体系。
五、加强社会管理，维护农村稳定。创新工作机制，推行政务公开，拓宽服务渠道，改进服务方式。通过“一站式”服务、办事代理制等多种形式，方便群众办事。推进依法行政，严格依法履行职责。综合发挥人民调解、行政调解和司法调解的作用，妥善处理突发性、群体性事件，及时化解农村各种利益矛盾和纠纷，保障人民生命财产安全，确保农村社会稳定。
六、推进基层民主，促进农村和谐。加强农村基层组织和党员干部队伍建设，改进思想观念和工作作风，提高执政能力和服务能力。完善各项管理制度，建立健全科学的政绩评价标准和考核体系。发展基层民主，建立民主决策、科学决策的程序和机制。依法指导村民自治，推动农村社区建设，促进社会组织健康发展，增强社会自治功能，促进人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐发展。
