清镇市麦格苗族布依族乡人民政府职能信息
麦格苗族布依族乡，隶属贵州省清镇市东北部，东南连百花湖乡，西南接站街镇，西与卫城镇为邻，北及东北以猫跳河为界与修文县相望，全乡国土面积125.13平方千米，水资源丰富，森林覆盖率达50％以上。麦格苗族布依族乡辖1个社区和15个行政村，有145个村民组，户籍人口26345人，居住有苗、布依、彝、仡佬、土家等十余种原生态少数民族，其中，“四印”苗族被称为“把历史穿在身上的民族”。
一、乡党委主要职责：
（一）贯彻执行党的路线方针政策和上级党组织及本乡党员代表大会（党员大会）的决议。
（二）讨论决定本乡经济建设和社会发展中的重大问题。需由乡政权机关或集体经济组织决定的问题，由乡政权机关或集体经济组织依照法律和有关规定作出决定。
（三）领导乡政权机关和群众组织，支持和保证这些机关和组织依照国家法律及各自章程充分行使职权。
（四）加强乡党委自身建设和以党支部为核心的村级组织建设。
（五）按照干部管理权限，负责对干部的教育、培养、选拔和监督工作。协助管理上级有关部门驻乡单位的干部。
（六）领导本乡的社会主义民主法治建设和精神文明建设，做好社会治安综合治理、生态环境保护及计划生育工作。
二、乡政府的主要职责：
（一）执行本级人民代表大会的决议和上级国家行政机关的决定和命令，发布决定和命令。
（二）执行本行政区域内的经济和社会发展计划，加强公共设施的建设和管理，发展各项服务事业。
（三）依法管理本级财政、执行本级预算。
（四）为农民提供有效的科技、教育、文化、信息、卫生、体育、医疗、人才开发、劳动就业、安全生产等方面的服务。
（五）保护国有资产和集体所有的财产，保护公民私人所有的合法财产、保障公民的人身权利、民主权利和其他权利，保护各种组织的合法权益。
（六）开展社会主义民主与法治教育，加强社会治安综合治理，调解民事纠纷，维护社会秩序。
（七）推行计划生育，保护妇女、儿童和老人的合法权益。
（八）负责民政工作，发展社会福利事业，做好社会保障工作，办理兵役事项。
（九）承办上级人民政府交办的其他事项。
（十）负责生态环境保护工作。
