贵阳市乌当区市场监督管理局创新分局职能信息
主要职责：受区市场监管局（区知识产权局）委托，片区市场监管分局行使下列职责：
（1）负责办理所辖区域内个体工商户的开业、变更、歇业登记及个体工商户年度报告等工作，建立和管理个体工商户登记档案。
（2）负责所辖区域内各类企业和个体工商户的巡查回访，依法指导和规范管理所辖区域企业及个体工商户的经营行为，并做好相关服务。
（3）负责对辖区商标进行监督管理，指导企业和个体工商户依法申请和使用注册商标，保护注册商标专用权，查处商标假冒、侵权行为。
（4）负责对辖区内的广告、印刷品广告、店堂广告等商业广告进行监督检查，查处辖区内广告经营和广告宣传中的违法违规行为。
（5）依法查处利用合同危害国家、社会公共利益及侵犯他人合法权益的行为。
（6）组织开展对辖区内市场的巡查工作，严把市场准入关，监督检查市场主体的经营资格和交易活动，维护市场交易秩序，保护合法经营，取缔无照经营和有关无证经营。
（7）受理所辖区域内消费者、经营者的投诉，制止不正当竞争和查处损害消费者合法权益行为，查处违法违规经营行为，维护消费者和经营者合法权益。
（8）承担监管所辖区域直销企业和直销员及其直销活动工作，承担协调相关方面开展打击传销的联合行动工作。
（9）负责所辖区域的食品药品安全监管、质量技术监督及相关案件查处等工作。
（10）开展市场监管有关政策的宣传、咨询活动。
（11）承办区市场监管局交办的其它工作任务。
