绥滨县政务服务中心职能信息
按照市、县创建省级文明城市工作部署，绥滨县政务服务中心高度重视、精心谋划，秉持着“以人为本，服务为民”的理念，不断优化服务环境，创新服务方式，营造更加温馨舒适的办事环境，有力助推绥滨县文明城市创建工作。
一、优化大厅环境，塑造文明形象。在大厅醒目位置设置多处禁烟标识，示范引导办事群众自觉拒烟，齐心协力创无烟大厅；增加花卉绿植，规范物品摆放，加强环境卫生、设施设备的管理力度；从特殊群体办事者视角出发，改造无障碍停车位2个，在一层卫生间设置残疾人扶手，设置母婴室、免费热水等暖心设施；在政务大厅显著位置设立志愿服务区，志愿者热情为群众提供办事指引、业务咨询、助残敬老等志愿服务，志愿服务区配备急救箱、医用酒精等便民服务用品，并为残障人士提供轮椅设施，切实做到形象标识明显、志愿服务周到。
二、简化办事流程，提升服务质效。在办事流程上，推进减环节、减材料、减时限、减跑动，巩固“一件事”改革成效，编制“办事样本”337本，制作电子化“办事样本”二维码280个，进一步优化“一站式”服务功能；在优化管理上，制定窗口工作人员考评办法，通过定期组织开展业务大讲堂、服务标兵、红旗窗口、好差评二维码等活动，规范窗口工作人员服务态度，提升窗口工作人员的服务水平；在解决群众诉求上，在大厅设置了咨询导办台、帮办代办专区、监督投诉室、“办不成事解决”窗口和政务服务等5个专区，多举措服务群众，解决办事难问题。
三、规范排查管控，全力保障安全。邀请消防救援大队教导员上门开展消防演练指导工作，对检查发现的问题立即整改，做好大厅设备的预防性维修，定期检查疏散通道、安全出口是否畅通，对消防设备和消防设施进行安全检查、维护、保养，确保所有设备均处于良好状态。严格落实消防巡检机制，加强节日期间安全巡查工作，严格执行24小时巡查制度和三级带班值班制度，落实安全监管职责，确保大厅安全生产巡查“全覆盖、零遗漏”，消防安全责任措施落地落实，真正实现政务服务大厅管理规范、措施到位。
四、加大文明宣传，营造创建氛围。政务服务中心充分利用受众群体广、人员流动大的特点，通过电子大屏播放公益广告、张贴公益海报等形式，大力传播社会主义核心价值观、党的二十大精神以及文明健康绿色环保等宣传视频、标语，积极营造创建文明城市良好氛围，引导窗口工作人员和办事群众积极参与文明城市创建工作，在大厅显著位置公开行业规范、窗口岗位职责等信息，把创建宣传融入政务服务大厅和日常的管理工作，倡树新风、弘扬美德，营造随处可见可感的浓厚宣传氛围。
