佳木斯市东风区住房和城乡建设局职能信息
佳木斯市东风区住房和城乡建设局是区政府工作部门，为正科级。
一、主要职责是
（一）贯彻落实全面从严治党要求，切实履行本单位、本系统党建工作的主体责任，以党的政治建设为统领，全面推进党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设，深入推进反腐败斗争；以提升组织力量为重点，加强党的基层组织标准化、规范化建设，不断提高党的建设质量。
（二）贯彻执行国家、省、市关于住房保障、乡镇建设、乡镇交通方面的方针、政策、法规、规范性文件以及相关发展战略、中长期规划和年度计划，进行行业管理。
（三）负责全区物业服务监管工作；负责全区物业管理招投标、物业承接查验、组建业主大会的监督指导工作；负责政府为主体的小区改造项目年度实施计划和资金计划的安排，并督促实施。
（四）负责指导全区房屋征收与补偿工作；负责年度房屋征收计划的上报工作；对全区房屋征收与补偿工作进行监督管理；负责全区廉租房补贴资金复审、报批工作，负责廉租房补贴资金的发放及廉租房房租收缴工作。负责全区老旧小区改造和综合整治工作。
（六）负责辖区农村公路、区街巷道建设、维护的申请、申报工作。
（七）完成区委、区政府交办的其他任务。
二、内设机构
（一）办公室综合岗。负责局机关日常运转及政务协调工作；负责机关公文的收发、传阅、存档和规范性文件的审核、制发工作；负责保密、机要档案的管理工作；负责局机关文字综合、政务公开、调研综合、政务信息报送工作；负责印、信的使用管理工作；负责信访事项的接待、处理工作。

（二）物业管理岗。负责全区物业管理行业的监督管理工作，负责物业管理招投标、物业承接查验、物业配套用房、组建业主大会的指导工作，参与新建小区验收等工作。

（三）工程管理岗。负责职权范围内在建工程安全生产的监督，负责区人防工程的日常巡查及维修养护工作，负责组织实施老旧小区改造等工程项目年度实施计划和资金计划的安排，组织建设、管理和工程项目的验收、移交工作。
