北京经济技术开发区经济发展局职能信息
1.负责拟订国民经济和社会发展战略、中长期规划和年度计划，并组织实施。
2.根据宏观调控要求，统筹协调经济社会发展，研究提出经济社会发展、经济结构调整的目标和政策措施，提出综合运用各种调控手段的建议。
3.负责监测国民经济形势和社会发展态势，承担预测预警、信息引导、运行调度工作。
4.负责指导推进和综合协调经济体制改革工作，组织拟订综合性经济体制改革方案，协调有关专项经济体制改革方案。
5.统筹经济社会发展和科技创新领域的政策制定，根据职能部门及公共服务机构提出的政策建议研究出台制度性文件。
6.负责制定固定资产投资计划、投资结构和资金平衡方案并组织实施，统筹推进新型基础设施建设工作。
7.负责拟订能源发展战略、中长期规划及政策措施并协调实施，负责能源供需平衡、能源设施重大项目布局等工作。
8.统筹推进营商环境建设和监督工作，督促相关部门落实中央、北京市"放管服"改革和营商环境工作部署。
9.负责物价管理工作。
10.统筹社会信用体系建设工作。
11.统筹推进区域间合作，推动京津冀协同发展各项任务的落实。
12.贯彻落实扶贫协作和支援合作有关战略方针、规划、政策，研究拟订开发区扶贫协作和支援合作工作的中长期规划、工作计划和实施方案并组织实施，统筹协调相关部门开展扶贫协作和对口合作工作。
13.负责组织研究军民融合发展规划和相关政策，协调推进军民融合发展重大项目和重要事项。
14.负责组织实施开发区人口、经济等普查工作，负责经济、社会数据收集、汇总、综合整理、统计监测和统计分析工作，定期发布国民经济和社会发展情况的统计信息。
15.负责推进农业发展，加强与科技的融合，研究运用科学技术改造提升传统农业。
16.负责本部门党风廉政建设、意识形态、营商环境建设、安全生产、环境保护等工作。
17.完成工委、管委会交办的其他任务。
