重庆市教育考试院职能信息
根据《中央机构编制委员会办公室关于组建重庆市教育考试院的批复》（中央编办复字〔2009〕24号）、《中共重庆市委重庆市人民政府关于重庆市人民政府机构改革的实施意见》（渝委发〔2009〕6号），组建重庆市教育考试院（挂重庆市大学中专招生委员会办公室、重庆市高等教育自学考试委员会办公室牌子），为重庆市教育委员会所属副局级事业单位。
主要职责：
（一）贯彻执行国家以及本市关于教育考试工作的法律、法规、规章和方针政策。
（二）负责教育考试实施方案的拟订；承办市教育委员会委托的招生具体事务工作。
（三）负责普通高校入学考试、研究生入学考试、成人高校和中等学校入学考试、高等教育自学考试等具体事务工作。
（四）承担上级教育行政部门交办或社会有关单位委托的其它考试工作。
（五）负责教育考试的研究、宣传和服务工作。
（六）承担为上级教育行政部门提供教育考试决策咨询工作。
（七）指导区县（自治县）教育考试机构的业务工作。
（八）参与教育考试的行政执法工作。
（九）管理经市教育委员会核定总额的考试经费。
（十）承担市大学中专招生委员会、市高等教育自学考试委员会的具体工作。
（十一）完成市教育委员会交办的其它工作。
