韶关市武江区教育局职能信息
韶关市武江区教育局贯彻落实党中央关于教育工作的方针政策和省委、市委的决策部署，按照区委工作要求，在履行职责过程中坚持和加强党对教育工作的集中统一领导。主要职责是：
（一）组织拟订教育改革与发展的规划和年度计划，提出教育体制改革的政策并组织实施，负责教育改革与发展的战略研究，会同有关部门规划、指导各级各类学校布局调整，负责教育事业相关数据的统计、分析和发布。
（二）负责教育经费的统筹管理，负责教育经费筹措、拨款、投资、审计等工作，指导学校的基本建设和财务管理工作，负责教育系统助学工作。
（三）综合管理义务教育、学前教育、特殊教育、民族教育，负责推进义务教育均衡发展和促进教育公平，推进基础教育教学改革，全面实施素质教育；指导镇（街）成人文化技术教育、社区教育工作。
（四）指导学校思想政治工作、德育教育、校园安全、体育、卫生与健康、艺术教育、劳动技术教育、科技教育、法治教育、心理健康教育、校内课后服务、稳定保卫等工作，加快推进教育现代化。
（五）主管全区教师工作，实施教师资格制度，规划和指导全区教师队伍、教育干部队伍的建设和管理，负责学校行政干部和教师的培养、考核、任免及调配。
（六）指导学校教育教学研究和改革，指导学校课程建设和教材建设，规划、指导教育信息化工作，指导学校电化教育、教育技术装备、实验室和图书室建设，组织征订教材和教学用书及资料，负责教育系统政府采购监管工作，指导学校推广普通话和文字规范工作，巩固提高“两基”工作。
（七）综合管理民办教育，加强对社会力量办学的管理指导，规范民办教育办学秩序，促进民办教育事业健康发展。
（八）指导教育系统基层工会和有关社会团体组织开展工作，指导学校开展教育对外交流工作。
（九）按照职责分工做好安全生产、国防动员、人才有关工作。
（十）承办区委、区政府及市教育局交办的其他任务。
