1.贯彻执行中央、省、市招商引资政策，研究制定全区招商引资各项扶持政策；
2.负责制定开发区招商引资工作计划并组织实施，对全区招商引资活动进行统筹安排；
3.负责招商引资政策解释、项目咨询、落地服务等工作；
4.负责调度和督查招商引资项目情况，跟踪问效，定时通报；
5.负责商务、外事相关工作；
6.负责对外经济合作、重大招商引资项目统筹、招商引资项目签批管理、招商引资绩效卡口、政策兑现、驻外联络等工作；
7.负责产业促进，对产业园区公司和各驻外招商服务站招商引资工作进行调度、协调、考核评价；
8.负责招商引资项目服务领域“全流程帮办代办”工作；
9.负责承接好省、市下放的相关行政权力事项；
10.负责职责范围内的安全生产工作；
11.完成区党工委、管委会交办的其他各项工作任务。
