滨州市教育局职能信息
滨州市教育局主要职责
(一)拟订全市教育工作的规范性文件并组织实施。
(二)拟订全市教育事业发展规划和教育体制改革措施及教育发展的重点、结构、进程并组织实施。
(三)统筹管理全市基础教育(含学前教育)、市属高等教育、职业教育与成人教育、民办教育和少数民族教育工作 协调、指导各县(区)、各部门有关教育工作，组织进行教育督导与评估。
(四)统筹规划中等学校布局 会同有关部门负责普通中专学校、民办高等学校的设立、撤并、更名等事宜的报批或审批工作。
(五)会同有关部门拟订教育经费筹措、教育拨款、教育基建投资、教育收费及其管理的措施、规定 监测全市教育经费的筹措和使用情况 参与全市义务教育经费保障机制改革工作 编报市级教育经费年度预算建议方案，管理机关和直属单位教育事业费、基建投资和教育系统的专项经费。
(六)主管全市教师工作，规划、指导全市各级各类学校教职工队伍建设 贯彻落实上级关于学校的机构编制标准 指导学校内部管理体制改革和教育教学改革 协同有关部门落实教育系统劳动工资和人事管理的有关政策规定。
(七)指导各级各类学校的思想政治工作、德育工作、体育卫生与艺术教育工作和国防教育工作。
(八)归口管理全市的学历教育及其招生考试工作 会同有关部门规划、指导社会力量办学、扫除青壮年文盲和社区教育工作。
(九)归口管理全市师范类毕业生就业指导和就业制度改革工作。
(十)负责教育系统统计资料及信息系统的开发和建设工作 规划、协调学校电化教育工作。
(十一)规划、指导学校的科研工作，推动科研成果转化工作。
(十二)负责全市教育对外交流以及与港、澳、台地区的教育交流工作，归口管理全市教育系统出国留学和接受外国留学生工作。
(十三)负责本部门及部门职责范围内的安全工作 负责全市语言文字管理工作。
(十四)承办市委、市政府交办的其他事项。
