山东省统计局职能信息
山东省统计局贯彻落实党中央关于统计工作的方针政策和决策部署，以及省委的部署要求，在履行职责过程中坚持和加强党对统计工作的集中统一领导。主要职责是：
（一）承担组织领导和协调全省统计工作，确保统计数据真实、准确、完整、及时的责任；贯彻执行统计工作法律、法规，起草有关地方性法规、政府规章草案；拟订全省统计工作规划、政策、制度和标准并组织实施。依法监督涉外调查活动。负责行政执法相关政策标准制定、重大案件查处和跨区域执法的组织协调工作，集中行使法律法规明确由省级承担的执法职责，监督指导市县行政执法工作。
（二）建立健全全省国民经济核算体系和统计指标体系。依法审批地方统计调查项目，审核统计计划、调查方案。建立健全统计数据质量审核、监控和评估制度，开展对重要统计数据的审核、监控和评估。指导部门统计工作。
（三）根据国家重大国情国力普查计划、方案，拟订全省的实施方案，会同有关部门组织实施人口、经济、农业等重大国情国力普查。统一组织协调各地各部门的社会经济调查，汇总整理全省的基本统计资料。对全省国民经济、社会发展、科技进步和资源环境等情况进行统计分析、统计预测和统计监督，向省委、省政府及有关部门提供统计信息和咨询建议。
（四）统一核定、管理、公布全省性的基本统计资料，定期发布全省国民经济和社会发展情况的统计信息。
（五）建立并管理全省统计信息自动化系统和统计数据库系统，指导各地统计信息化系统建设。
（六）协助管理设区的市统计局局长、副局长；指导全省统计基层基础建设和统计队伍建设。监督管理各地统计部门由中央、省级财政拨付的统计经费。
（七）指导全省统计科学研究、干部培训等工作。
（八）完成省委、省政府交办的其他任务。
（九）职能转变。按照党中央、国务院关于转变政府职能、深化放管服改革，深入推进审批服务便民化的决策部署，认真落实省委省政府深化“一次办好”改革的要求，组织推进本系统转变政府职能，深化简政放权，创新监管方式，优化政务服务工作。
