石棉县行政审批局职能信息
主要职责：
1.贯彻执行法律法规和行政审批制度改革政策措施；负责行使统一交由行政审批局集中行使的行政审批职责，并对审批行为承担相应法律责任。
2.建立和完善行政审批相关制度、办法、标准，优化审批流程、简化审批环节、压缩审批时限、提高审批效率。
3.负责规范本部门行政审批行为和行政审批工作机制创新。
4.负责行政审批信息化建设；负责对本部门行政审批事项实行目录管理、动态调整，及时公开信息并提供查询。
5.负责局机关、所属事业单位工作人员的教育、培训、管理和绩效考核工作。
6.负责指导、协调、监督和规范乡（镇）、街道便民服务中心的行政审批业务。
7.承担职责范围内的安全生产和职业健康、生态环境保护、审批服务便民化等工作。
8.承办县委、县政府交办的其他工作。
9.有关职责分工。

党组书记、副局长宋晓波：主持党组工作，负责意识形态、深化改革、依法治县、安全生产等相关工作。分管建设审批股、社会事务审批股。
党组成员、副局长杨弋：负责党风廉政建设、工程项目、城乡环境综合治理、环保、工会、扫黑除恶、优化营商环境等相关工作。分管经济审批股、涉农事务审批股、重大项目代办中心，联系踏勘中心。
党组成员、机关党支部专职书记张丽：负责机关党支部、党建、人事人才、精神文明建设，档案管理、财务管理、绩效考核、综治维稳、统战、信访和禁毒、脱贫攻坚、保密等相关工作。分管办公室。
党组成员、县纪委监委派驻行政审批局纪检监察组组长倪菲：负责纪检监察工作，协助局党组抓好党风廉政建设相关工作。
