珠海市金湾区政务服务中心职能信息
2022年以来，金湾区政务服务中心贯彻落实“放管服”改革和政务服务改革创新要求，深入推进“一窗办、一码办、一次办、一地办”的“四办”集成服务落地、落实、落细。其中，“一窗办”与“一次办”以业务协同代替群众跑腿，把“分头跑、挨个办”整合为“只进一门、只对一窗”，让企业能够“一件事一次办”。
珠海市金湾区政务服务中心牢固树立“产业第一、项目为王”的发展理念，加快优化政务服务体系，“办不成事”反映窗口便是其中的重要一环。该窗口主要负责企业和群众在政务大厅相关业务咨询、协调，集中处理除正常窗口业务以外的，非企业、群众自身原因难以解决的问题，将由专人全程跟踪办理。
珠海市金湾区行政服务中心主要职能
(一)组织全区各有关职能部门实行窗口集中办公，会同有关职能部门共同管理各窗口工作。
(二)制定中心管理制度，加强对窗口单位落实制度情况的监督检查;协助有关部门开展行政效能监察工作，推广电子政务工作。
(三)协调管理窗口单位的有关审批、审核、备案业务，协调"一站式服务"的联合审批业务，会同窗口单位裁定或转报审批有异议的事项。
(四)负责对窗口工作人员进行考核考评，对窗口工作人员的奖励、晋升、惩罚、调换、提拔使用提出建议。
(五)协调做好有关行政事业性收费工作。
(六)受理群众对窗口单位和其他机关事业单位的投诉，负责对投诉案件的承办或转办。
(七)督促有关部门落实投资优惠政策。
(八)承办区政府和上级部门交办的其他事项。
为进一步营造便民、高效的政务服务环境，根据金湾区委、区政府的工作部署，金湾区行政服务大厅将搬迁至金湾区产业服务中心办公，现将具体事宜通告如下：
一、2019年12月20日，金湾区行政服务大厅的企业经营协同审批综合服务窗口、投资建设并联审批综合服务窗口、民生事务综合服务窗口、社保中心金湾办事处综合服务窗口、人社窗口在产业服务中心开始试运行。行政服务大厅各窗口正常接办业务。
二、2019年12月20日-12月26日，行政服务大厅和产业服务中心均可办理上述窗口的业务。2019年12月27日后，行政服务大厅各窗口业务（公共资源交易中心西部分中心业务除外）均迁移至产业服务中心办理。
三、金湾区产业服务中心地址：金湾区航空新城金鑫路137号（金湾区税务局旁边，崇峰一号院正对面）。自驾的市民可以导航到“金湾区产业服务中心”，乘坐公交可搭乘801、Z115、Z126路公共汽车到“市民中心东”公交站下车。
