许昌市政务服务和大数据管理局简介：许昌市政务服务和大数据管理局贯彻落实党中央关于政务服务和大数据管理工作的方针政策和省委、市委决策部署，在履行职责过程中坚持和加强党对政务服务和大数据管理工作的集中统一领导。主要职责是：
（一）统筹推进全市“数字政府”建设，拟订建设规划和年度建设计划并组织实施。
（二）统筹推进全市“一网通办”前提下“最多跑一次”改革工作。
（三）统筹市级政务信息系统建设规划，提出项目建设具体意见。
（四）统筹管理政务云平台、政务服务平台和电子政务外网等。
（五）统筹推进全市政务服务和数据管理体系建设，指导各地区各部门政务服务和数据管理机构开展工作。
（六）组织协调全市政务服务环境优化和评价工作，负责市级政务服务质量的监督管理。
（七）负责全市行政审批改革、审批服务便民化相关工作，负责全市政务服务事项目录管理和标准化建设。
（八）统筹全市数据资源管理和建设工作。组织推动大数据、物联网、人工智能领域的研究、开发、应用和对外合作交流。承担大数据人才队伍建设工作。协调服务大数据产业发展。
（九）统筹全市电子政务基础设施、信息系统、数据资源等安全保障工作，负责“数字政府”平台安全技术和运营体系建设，监督管理市级信息系统和数据库。
（十）统筹协调服务以第五代移动通信（以下简称“5G”）为代表的大数据、物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术产业发展。
（十一）完成市委、市政府交办的其他任务。
