驻意大利使馆经济商务处是中国政府商务部派驻意大利、负责促进中意双边经贸合作的官方机构，是中国驻意大利大使馆的组成部分。同时，还负责处理与圣马力诺共和国的双边经贸合作事务。
驻意大利使馆经商处主要职能包括：贯彻执行我国外经贸发展政策，扩大和深化中意两国经贸合作；做好对意大利市场的调研工作，协助国内企业开拓意大利市场；根据“信息、服务、协调、调研、交涉、保护”十二字方针，为包括在意中资企业在内的中国企业提供全方位服务；促进意大利企业开展对华投资与合作；以及其他各项工作。
中意两国友好交往历史源远流长，双边经贸合作始终保持良好发展势头。当前，两国都在致力于全面深化改革，双方发展战略高度契合，互利合作前景广阔。双方愿在“一带一路”框架下推进经贸务实合作，积极搭建机制和平台，加强在环境与可持续能源、农业、可持续城镇化、卫生、航空、空间技术及应用、基础设施和交通等优先领域的合作，推动中意关系进入新时代。
